Question 1

What is the festive offer?

Accepted Answer

The festive offer is a limited-time way to buy the Breezo Core 300 outright instead of renting it.

The purifier normally costs ₹11,000, and a replacement filter costs ₹2,499 — ₹13,499 together. With the festive offer you get both, the purifier plus an extra filter, for ₹8,499. That’s a saving of ₹5,000.

Each filter lasts up to 9,000 hours, so with two you’re covered for about two years even running it round the clock — no filter worries. A 1-year warranty on the purifier is included as standard.

To book, pay ₹500 online. The remaining ₹7,999 is paid after your 7-day trial.

Question 2

Why should I rent an air purifier instead of buying one?

Accepted Answer

A premium air purifier like Breezo typically costs ₹10,000–₹12,000 upfront. On top of that, you’ll need to replace filters every 6–12 months, which can cost ₹2,000–₹4,000 each time.

With Breezo, you pay a simple monthly subscription that includes:

Premium air purifier
Free filter replacements
Free maintenance & servicing
Free installation

Question 3

What are the steps involved in the process of renting?

Accepted Answer

Choose your plan, fill in your details, and pay the refundable security deposit online. We’ll deliver and install your purifier within 3–5 days, and collect your first month’s rent at installation.

Question 4

Is there any security fee? When will I get my security deposit back and will there be any deductions?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A fully refundable security deposit equal to one month’s rent is paid online at checkout. It is returned within 5 days after the purifier is returned. Deductions are only made in rare cases of theft, loss, or severe damage, with exceptions for normal wear and tear.

Question 5

Is there a minimum rental period?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our minimum rental period is 6 months to keep the service economical. After that, you can extend it on monthly-basis or return the purifier.

Question 6

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once you’ve completed the 6-month lock-in period, you can cancel anytime.

Question 7

What happens if I cancel my plan early?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel anytime after the 6-month minimum period. Longer plans come with lower monthly rates, so if you end your plan before its full term, your rent is recalculated at the rate for the duration you actually used. The difference is deducted from your security deposit, and the rest of your deposit is refunded once we collect the unit.

Example: You choose the 9-month plan at ₹699/month and cancel after 6 months. Those 6 months are recalculated at the 6-month plan rate of ₹799/month. The difference of ₹100 × 6 months = ₹600 is deducted from your deposit, and the balance is refunded.

Question 8

How quickly will my purifier be delivered and installed?

Accepted Answer

We’ll deliver and professionally install your purifier within 3–5 days of your booking date.

Question 9

Is maintenance and servicing included?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All preventive maintenance and required servicing is included throughout your subscription.

Question 10

How often do you switch the filters?

Accepted Answer

The Breezo Core 300 filter lasts up to 9,000 hours, and the purifier has a built-in filter change indicator, so you never have to keep track of it yourself. If the indicator turns on, just let us know and we’ll take care of the replacement. We also check your product periodically to make sure your purifier keeps performing at its best.

Question 11

Does the device cause any sound while operating?

Accepted Answer

No. It operates quietly and is ideal for bedrooms, and offices.

Question 12

What if the purifier stops working?

Accepted Answer

Simply raise a service request, and our technician will inspect the purifier. If needed, we’ll repair or replace it at no extra cost.
